Hey :) My name isn’t actually Baloo, it’s Adam. The nickname came from just being a bit of a bear and after following me around online for years (@itsjustbaloo), it’s just stuck. 

For a bit about me, I work with artists, athletes, businesses and brands who care about energy, authenticity, and not looking like everyone else. So if you’re after rigid corporate videos, I’m probably not the right fit. If you’re after something with a bit of personality and feeling however, hellooo!

Over the last five years, I’ve gone from making YouTube videos on my own in a spare bedroom to leading content and re-marketing strategies for brands and bands, and working as a broadcast camera operator at World Cup sporting events. 

I’ve been a musician for over 20 years, which has influenced how I approach my work, particularly when it comes to timing, pacing, and knowing when to let a moment sit. I’m also an avid climber, so long days, problem-solving on the fly, and committing when it counts are all familiar territory.

My approach to filmmaking is cinematic and story-led. I prioritise emotion over polish, while still caring deeply about the craft. All of my work is considered, purposeful, and always driven by the story.
